We are confident that Troops Inc. (NASDAQ: TROO) is a fraud. Most major shareholders were implicated in or purportedly linked to several frauds, including the cross-border AXA Evolution HKIF insurance fraud. We also believe that the majority of TROO’s subsidiaries are non-operating. Their SEC fillings suggests out of the world creative valuation and contain nonsensical acquisitions. We believe Troops Inc. is actively siphoning money from investors to certain individuals.
